Staff
Our staff have a great deal of experience with learning disabilities and autism, both professional and personal.
We also employ specialist facilitators for activities such as sport and music.
Together they create a non-judgemental and inclusive atmosphere that makes our members feel at home.
ECL has four part-time members of staff:
Llinos John, Development Manager
Llinos joined ECL in 2006. She knew many of our members already, having volunteered for many years at Elmbridge Mencap. She previously worked in television production. Llinos is responsible for the charity’s publicity and fundraising.
Pier Markham, Charity Coordinator
Pier has 20 years’ experience of working with people with learning disabilities. She was made Charity Coordinator in 2004. Pier is responsible for the day to day running of the Charity and the management and training of the voluntary staff.
