Lunch Club

Every month we run a Lunch Club as part of our Wednesday multi-skilling day.  Here two members are chosen at each session to help staff  prepare and cook a two course meal for their peer group attending the activity.

They learn the importance of a healthy diet, hygiene issues and how to keep safe in the kitchen.

Our Salmon Fillets with Grapefruit Salsa, Low Fat Chicken Korma Curry and Fresh Fruit Salad have all gone down a storm!
