From time to time we run specialised cookery workshop where our members learn new skills and explore new tastes.

They learn the importance of a healthy diet, hygiene issues and how to keep safe in the kitchen. Members try simple new recipes that they can take and use at home.

Our Salmon Fillets with Grapefruit Salsa, Low Fat Chicken Korma Curry and Fresh Fruit Salad have all gone down a storm!
