Each month we run a Lunch Club as part of our Wednesday multi-skilling day. Here two members are chosen at each session to help staff prepare and cook a two course meal for their peer group of 30 or so attending the activity.
They learn the importance of a healthy diet, hygiene issues and how to keep safe in the kitchen.
All meals are carefully planned to emphasise the importance of a nutritious and balanced diet. Any allergy issues are taken into account.
